We hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of the Learning Labb Research Institute Placement Team, we extend a warm welcome to you as you embark on the placement process, a crucial step in your academic and professional journey.
Placement Overview
The placement process is designed to provide you with valuable real-world experience, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge in a professional setting. This experience is not only an integral part of your academic curriculum but also a significant stepping stone towards your future career.
Placement Policy
To ensure a fair and transparent placement process, we have established a set of policies that govern the entire procedure. These policies have been formulated to uphold the principles of equality, meritocracy, and ethical conduct. We encourage you to thoroughly review the placement policy document and acknowledge the same.
1. Pan India Opportunities
All placement opportunities are not limited to any state or geographical region; they are available PAN India.
2. Relocation Possibility
Candidates may be required to relocate based on the job openings and opportunities presented.
3. Role of the Placement Team
The Placement Team’s primary role is to facilitate placement-related activities.
4. No Cap on CTC/Job Profiles/Location
There is no cap on the offered CTC, job profiles, or job locations; opportunities are diverse and limitless.
5. Performance-based Selection
The selection and CTC offered depend on individual performance during the selection process.
6. Professional Grooming and Skill Development
Candidates will undergo periodic training for skill development and professional grooming.
7. Recruitment Program Eligibility
Eligibility criteria include 80% attendance in all technical and skill development training, timely completion of assignments, and participation in related sessions.
8. Consultation before Registration
Candidates are encouraged to consult the Placement Team for queries before registering for any industry/job openings.
9. Communication Channels
Information about placement opportunities, schedules, etc., will be communicated via personal email IDs and WhatsApp groups. Timely response is crucial.
10. Mandatory Training Programs
Candidates interested in campus placement must attend various training programs organized by the Placement Team.
11. Basic Preparation for Interviews
Lack of basic interview preparation may lead to debarment for a specified period.
12. Commitment to Interview Processes
Once registered, candidates cannot drop from their interview processes.
13. Disqualification for Non-attendance
Failure to attend an interview without prior permission will lead to permanent disqualification from placement activities.
14. Performance in Subsequent Processes
Shortlisted candidates must maintain performance standards in subsequent selection processes.
15. Decorum and Professionalism
Candidates must uphold decorum and professionalism during the entire selection process.
16. Non-negotiable Details
Negotiation with the industry regarding CTC, location, etc., is not permitted unless specified in the registration communication.
17. Communication with Placement Team
All candidate inquiries and grievances will be addressed through the Placement Team.
18. Further Chances with Permission
Once selected, students may have further chances only with prior permission from the Placement Team on a case-by-case basis.
19. Joining Company Obligation
Once selected, learners are obligated to join the company on the specified date.
20. Disciplinary Action for Violation
Violation of any rule will result in disciplinary action.
21. Placement Opportunities Criteria
All placement opportunities are based on individual performance during the course, individual ratings, academic qualifications, academic scores, past experiences, etc.
22. Offer Letter Rejection
If a candidate rejects an offer letter after being selected, their placement assistance will be paused for a period of 4–6 months from the date of rejection. During this period, no further placement support will be provided, and the candidate will be removed from the Placement Community channel.
23. Interview Readiness & Availability
Candidates applying for job opportunities through the placement process must be available and prepared to attend interviews at any time, as scheduled by the hiring organization. Failure to attend interviews or lack of preparedness will be considered unprofessional and may negatively impact future placement support.

Registration
Ensure you have completed the registration process to be eligible for placement opportunities.
Resume Submission
Submit an updated and well-crafted resume highlighting your academic achievements, skills, and experiences.
Pre-Placement Talks
Attend sessions conducted by companies to understand their work culture, job roles, and expectations.
Application and Shortlisting
Apply for positions as per your interest and qualifications. Companies will shortlist candidates based on their criteria.
Interviews and Assessments
Participate in interviews, assessments, and any other evaluation processes set by the companies.
Placement Offers
If successful, you will receive placement offers. Carefully evaluate and respond within the stipulated time frame.
Please make sure to adhere to deadlines, attend preparatory sessions, and reach out to the Placement Team for any guidance or clarification you may require.
