Institute Refund Policy

LLRI – Learning Lab Research Institute sets the enrollment terms and conditions for both online and offline courses. By participating in one of our courses, the applicant undertakes to follow the policies, rules, and regulations established by LLRI – Learning Lab Research Institute.

Informed Decision: The applicant is completely responsible for making an informed decision before enrolling in any of LLRI’s courses. We make no attempt to persuade or coerce the applicant in any way. It is the applicant’s obligation to obtain clarification and direction from LLRI before enrolling in any course.

Refund and Transfer: Under no circumstances can the applicant’s course enrollment costs be refunded or transferred. LLRI will neither accept or initiate requests for fee transfers or refunds. Learning labb has a strict no refund policy.

Once the admission fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Learning Labb follows a rigorous no-refund policy. Money sent to Learning Labb for educational purposes cannot be returned to the student under any circumstances.

Fee Payment: Applicants must pay the course fee in accordance with the approved timetable. Failure to pay the fee on time may result in enrollment cancellation with no compensation or return. Please see our admission policy for additional information.

Payment Methods: The course fee must be paid by demand draft or check drawn in favor of LLRI – Learning Lab Research Institute.

 

Policy Amendments: (LLRI) The Learning Lab Research Institute maintains the right to modify and amend the rules and regulations at its own discretion. Applicants shall be governed by the most recent revisions or modifications to our policies, as applicable.

Maintaining Decorum and Discipline: Applicants are expected to maintain decorum and discipline during the course. LLRI reserves the right to cancel enrollment without compensation or refund in the case of a breach of contract by the applicant.

 

Submission of Educational Certificates and Documents: Prior to the start of the course, applicants must submit their original educational credentials and documentation as requested.

 

Assessments and Performance Evaluation: Applicants must engage in all course assessments as required by LLRI’s admission rules, and their performance and development will be evaluated accordingly.

 

Interviews and Placements: Applicants must appear for interviews on dates set by the placement cell at any location. They must report to the organisation and place for which they have been selected on the designated date and time, based on the information provided.

 

Attendance: Attendance is required for all LLRI courses, whether online or offline. Applicants are permitted to take up to two leaves for sessions per month, but prior approval from the LLRI – Learning Lab Research Institute coordinator is required. Absence of more than three consecutive days may result in enrollment termination without compensation or refund.

Course Description: The courses offered by LLRI are intended to expand knowledge and provide insights into numerous research study areas. They can not guarantee specific qualifications for advanced degrees or jobs in any profession.

Ethical Conduct: LLRI requires ethical behaviour from its applicants. Enrollment may be cancelled without compensation or refund if an applicant is found guilty of data infringement, circulating printed or unprinted material with a third party outside of training patterns and modules, or engaging in any other immoral or unethical behaviour.

 

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a disagreement regarding this policy or LLRI courses, it will be addressed through arbitration under the 1996 Arbitration and Conciliation Act by a solitary arbitrator designated by LLRI. Arbitration jurisdiction will be limited to the District courts.

Course Rescheduling: LLRI realises that circumstances sometimes change and make it impossible for candidates to complete a course. In such instances, candidates may contact LLRI at [contact email] to request rescheduling of course access for a later date.
